Ranch Events

It is hard to predict how the Covid-19 situation and sheltering in place will affect our 2020 plans, but currently we plan to host an Open Farm weekend the first weekend in October and will be encouraging social distancing while apple picking and pumpkin carving. We are looking into a safe way for guests to be able to press their own fresh apple juice. We have offered to do a carefully structured farm-to-table dinner at the ranch that Saturday night which will be ticketed in advance.

The second Saturday in October we will be hosting a charity fundraiser for our friends, Kim and Ron Smith, with the Tiny Paws Pug Rescue. It also will be a ticketed event with lots of fun activities, a BBQ and 50 pugs running about in their Halloween costumes.

Picnics and Seminars:
While we are not an event venue, we have set aside several areas on the property where guests can enjoy a little picnic or BBQ. We are, also, happy to host seminars and workshops that are related to farming, apples, cider making and wild life. We are open to visitors who like to “bird” as we have worked diligently to enhance our bird habitat and now have a rich population of diverse species. Please, just let us know your needs and we will find a time frame that will work.
